The "Women Architects in Europe and the Mediterranean" project is aimed at strengthening women's position in a profession, that of architecture, still not open enough to women, and at sensitizing clients and design firms to hiring women as part of work teams. For this purpose ARVHA and its partners are highlighting women's architectural projects through an exhibit, a website and a series of conferences in Belgium, Algeria, Morocco and France. The goal of the project is to get media coverage and change perception of the image of women and their role in architecture.
